We have been working with Ryan on a very important customer facing document for the Lync
Online Dedicated service and I just wanted to drop you a note saying how much I appreciated
working with Ryan.
The LOEVDG (Lync Online Enterprise Voice Deployment Guide) is a companion document to
our traditional Service Release documentation focused on Enterprise Voice deployments. This
document has not had much attention in a few Service Releases and had gone out of standards
and lacked some of our recent Service updates.
Ryan was very professional and during our kick off meeting set realistic expectations on the
schedule for review and updates. Ryan delivered his updates on-time and with great attention to
detail.
Ryan made this documentation update process very smooth and now we have an updated guide
that we share with our external partners and customers to allow them to understand the design
and the requirements to deploy Enterprise Voice with the highest quality.
