3. PACIFICO EDRALIN MARCOS
• Pacifico- appointed as the first chair of the nine-member Ph Medical
Commission in 1971.
• His son, Mariano Marcos II served as a provincial board member of Ilocos
Norte.
• A graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Medicine and a
member of the Mu Sigma Phi, and was a President of the Philippine
Medical Association.
• Pacifico did not involve himself in politics, and distanced himself from his
brother's regime when it grew unpopular during the 1980s. In a 1986
interview, he said he was unaware of his brother's wealth. He did not join
the Marcos family in Hawaii after the EDSA People Power Revolution, and
opted to stay in the Philippines in retirement.
4. ELIZABETH EDRALIN MARCOS-KEON

• Wife of Ludwig Petre Rocka (from Romania) — married Sep 1979 in Ilocos
Norte, Philippines.
• Elizabeth Marcos died at age 65 of heart failure, in a Manila hospital,
14 December 1986. Michael Keon died in Australia at the age of 87.
5. ELIZABETH MARCOS-KEON
• Elizabeth Marcos-Keon-served as a governor of IN for 12 years and
was also serving as a press attache of the Philippine Embasy in Rome
at that time.
• Her son, Michael Marcos Keon served as governor of In from June 30,
2007 until 2010, he was the 4th president of the Philippine Olympic
Committee from 1981-1984 and was recently elected as mayor of
Laoag, IN.
