 Source, process and maintain pricing data for equity, Derivatives on Thomson Reuters products
(Datascope Equities, Datascope Equities+, Datascope Select & Eikon) using technical and financial
knowledge.
 An astute professional with 1.10 Years of experience in managing Derivatives, Reference, Corporate
actions & Derivative Settlement Pricing data on Exchange Traded Instruments.
 Have been primary contact for Thomson Reuters Pricing data (Asia Derives Team).
 Communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders for resolving client queries raised through
SIEBEL and Service Cloud (Customer Relationship Management application).
 Handling the rollovers for the Indian markets on a monthly basis from the reference point of view for
the derivative markets accurately (Last Thursday of the Month).

 Raise Data notification on new enhancements and about future business or market driven initiatives with
detailed explanation to ensure the clients are pre informed about the change and can take necessary from
their end.

in manual efforts and improve the quality standards.
 Timely alerting the clients by raising alerts in case of service impacting issues.
 Documentation of method of working and reviewing it periodically for any new enhancements or

 Design Training Plan and train new joiners on maintenance of reference and pricing data on
Thomson Reuters Products (Datascope Select, Datascope Equities, Datascope Equities+).
Product Knowledge
Datascope Select: DataScope Select is a hosted data extraction platform that provides access to
historical data content, corporate actions, cross-reference data and access to global pricing.
Datascope Equities: DataScope Equities file transfer protocol (FTP) product which provides pricing,
cross-reference information and corporate actions data for equities, Indices, Warrants and funds etc.
Eikon: is an electronic trading platform typically used by professional traders and investment analysts in
trading rooms. It provides real time streaming price data on exchange traded stocks, warrants, options,
bonds, currencies as well as streaming news and financial data.
Service Cloud: Customer Relationship Management Tool used to resolve customer queries.
Professional Projects
 Review of Datascope file delivery times across Asia markets, in order to deliver files earlier than
the current time.
 Pricing data and Reference data cleanse for major stock exchanges within Asiatic region.
 Providing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all data related issues; managing monthly analysis and
