People do a lot of crazy things as they go about
their daily routine. They browse the web, social
networks, they use chrome extensions.
What does this mean to you as a recruiter /
sourcer?
Where there is a search, there is a paper trail
(minus the paper).

A Chrome Extension that easily pulls email
addresses. Works on any site and creates a list of
email addresses that you can then export.
Mail Dump scans through a site using its algorithm
and pulls out all of the email addresses.
You can also export the full list of emails, allowing
you to send out blasts to bring the information into
another program.

If you haven’t used Reddit as a sourcing method to
find talent communities, it is worth investing some
time in exploring the platform. There is a forum for
just about every topic imaginable and as a result, it
has become the home to thousands of rich talent
communities.
Finding Redditors in real life is more challenging

not a good sourcing strategy. Each search engine
indexes the web differently and only so much of the
web.
Google only covers a small percentage of the web
so I always recommend experimenting with other
search engines to find different results.
