Objective
As a qualified Nurse, I am now wishing to utilize my training and the experiences gained in a new and

District Nurse, 3 months on a Psychiatric Ward, 3 months in the ER and Trauma in Bangor UK and 3

• Assess the health care needs of patients on a nursing unit of 30 beds, caring for elderly frail and
terminally ill patients, based on a holistic approach.
• Medication administration as per physician’s orders and Bupa policy
