3. Initial Public Offering (IPO) Insurance also known as Prospectus Liability Insurance
allows cover for companies and their directors from the risks involved with
capital raising. Initial Public Offering (IPO) Insurance should be considered by any
company involved in a public offering of securities or private placements by
corporate organizations.

4. Guidelines for Listed Indian Insurance Companies
Section 14 of Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India Act1999,
read with clause (b) of subsection (4) of Section 6A of the Insurance Act1938,
hereby issues the following guidelines.
