In Radiology departments of Hospitals they use PACS and RIS systems for capturing the X-Ray and Images.
Doctors generally dictate into dictation system using telephonic device by looking at the PACS system by
manually dialling into dictation systems and entering the required details, here we automated the process
with the help of McKesson APIs and Philips Speech Mike APIs such that the moment doctor opens a image
in PACS system it will automatically load the details in AcuDictation and user can use the SpeechMike for
dictating. Once user finishes the dictation and he closes the image file will be automatically sent to the
AcuSuite Data Center. AcuDictation supports recording, playing, insert and overwriting into dictation along
with marking the dictation as pending and adding addendum to completed dictation.

In hospitals they have in house transcriptionist where they transcribe the dictation in hospital itself without
sending the files to MTSO. While using AcuSuite products for dictation capture dictations would be moved
to Acusis Data centres directly instead hospital wanted a product using which they can decide which
dictations has to send to MTSO. Here we developed and deployed the product AcuSuite Customer FFM in
the hospital, all the dictated files through different dictation sources are routed to the customer FFM using
which the hospital admin can route to the required MTSO. Customer FFM has the automated routing

In AcuSuite we have a specific Turn Around Time (TAT) for completing the transcription and sending the
file back to hospital, but for completing the transcription, MT would need the patient information which is
generally sent by the hospital system to acusis server directly but in some hospitals they don’t have proper
HIS because of which they send the files through mails and online fax. We automated the process such that
the moment hospital would sent the patient information it would be linked with the dictation and the moment
MT opens the dictation he would the see the patient info without going through the mails. If there is no
patient information and TAT is reaching for the dictation then a reminder mail is sent to the hospital
reminding about the dictation.

Customers generally dial into the Acusis TDS 2.0 or 3.0 for sending the dictation to AcuSuite Data Center
for processing the files but some of the customers has in-house dictation system on contract with different
providers in such case customer has a automated application which re-dictates the dictation from their system
to another dictation system by dialling into our TDS 2.0 or 3.0. Capturing of re-dictating stuff using TDS3.0
or 2.0 was the main aim in this application.

WorkSite Lotus

WorkSite has DMS server (Document Management System) which has Extension Dlls by the help of which
Documents can be imported into WorkSite/DMS Server. Lotus Notes Client needs to be integrated for
importing the mail into Worksite and if 100 mails are selected for importing into WorkSite then Lotus Notes
Client halts till the time all mails are successfully filed to worksite. For removing the time delay the server
side filling was created, here mails from Lotus Inbox just needs to be tagged and in domino there are server
tasks running which will get the tagged Emails and import into WorkSite.

Documents can be imported into WorkSite/DMS Server. Lotus Notes needs to be integrated for importing
the mail into Worksite. Communication Server is independent of this process, a server Task is Created on
Domino if someone sends a mail with particular Email address then the mail goes through SMTP to the
Lotus NSF in Domino from there the server task imports the Mail to WorkSite.

WorkSite has DMS server (Document Management System) which has Extension Dlls, With the help of
which Documents can be imported into WorkSite/DMS Server. Many Clients were implementing the
Worksite Integration, but for Viewing the Lotus Notes mail in worksite they needed Lotus notes installed on
the system. LNDViewer uses C# for Converting the MIME mails into Proper Text (without Using Lotus
Notes APIs) and showing the Mail in Viewer,.

4. WorkSite LNEM 8.2 Tools: VB6.0, VC++ , Lotus Script with Lotus Notes : 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0
WorkSite has DMS server (Document Management System) which has Extension Dlls. With the help of
which Documents can be imported into WorkSite/DMS Server. This project integrates the Worksite
Functionalities in the template of Lotus Notes with the help of Lotus Script which helped importing Lotus
Notes Mails directly from Inbox to the WorkSite.
An ActiveX Control was also Successfully integrated with the Lotus Notes Inbox

The is a Video Shop software in which the shop owner adds all the Videos and its description into the system
which are available in his shop and the customer can search for the Video with its name or with its
description. In this software the owner can only add or modify the video and the customer can only search
and view whether the movie is available or not
