1. local Installation of HP Service Manager 9.30 on Windows server 2012
2. Database Type: HP Service Manager accessed SM Database which I have
created during configuration of SQL Server 2008.
3. Configured Service Manager Client 9.30 for functional level customization
like assign role to the SD User, incident manager, inciden analyst, problem
analyst, problem manager, administrator, employee etc.
4. Installed & Configured Service Catalog 12.9 for service request on Windows
server 2012.
5. Generated SRC using service catalog where user logged in as a SD user.
This SRC registered as an interaction ticket in service manager.
6. Designed Service Request process as per client requirement.
7. Designed Incident Managment process as per client requirement.

9. Configured mail notification for users in HPSM.

Bank on Windows Server 2012.
• Database type: Used HP Software Embedded Database for the installation
of HP NNMi 9.20
• Created a system account to access the NNM management console
• Configured web server port for http and https communication.
• Configured quick start wizard.
• Defined community string for the discovery of network nodes such as
L2L3 Devices.
• Discovered all L2L3 Devices for the main branch and also other sub-
branches of Contai co-operative bank.
• Launched NNMi UI console.
• Created user account using Configuration workspace.
• Done Network troubleshooting using ping and telnet command from NNMi
console.
• Integrated HP NNMi 9.20 and HP OM 9.0 using policy.dat file.
• Generated incident tickets from NNMi server to HP OM 9.0 server.
