1) Jan’14 – Present: Lucy Electric (Thailand) Limited – Purchasing Engineer
Nature of Business: Manufacture the medium voltage switchgear and providing switching, protection and
automation solutions for utility, industrial and commercial applications.
Key Accountabilities:
 Identify the appropriate suppliers and finalize the commercial for development of new project and modification in
existing projects against the project timeline.
 In line with Engineering & QA to providing the details of part that intend for outsourcing/re-sourcing to be cleared
the design and quality expectation before the outsourcing actions are taken.
 Summary the purchased cost and sourcing recommendations (supplier assessment/supplier rating) for
management review and approval.
 Establish the timing of sourcing program for pre-production build and supplier ramp up plan for production ramp up
 Involve with QA to obtain the samples and documents for development of parts.
 Setup the purchasing details and handover the information to logistics.
 Maintain and progress the material localization for compliance FTA regulation which containing 40% local material
cost out of total material cost.
 Conduct supplier audit to review/approve supplier’s processes, documents and systems which used in
manufacturing, storage and shipping of product.

2. 2) Apr’11 – Dec’13: SMR Automotive Systems (Thailand) Limited – Purchasing Engineer
Nature of Business: 1st
Tier Supplier to supply internal rear view mirror and external rear view mirror to
major vehicle manufacturers.
Key Accountabilities:
 Performs RFQ process and provide competitive suppliers and verification of completion of costs in purchasing
summary document to support sale & marketing team for project bidding phase.
 Executes supplier selection process and provide sourcing decision to get sourcing recommendation approval for all
purchased parts for NPI steps.
 Prepares all contracts, agreements and guidelines to supplier and promptly receive copy of signed off back to
company.
 Instructs and communicates events of launch to each supplier and follow up APQP status and PPAP submission.
 Transfers new program purchasing details to logistics for responsibility in series production after introduction of
new product.
 Coordinate with quality team for quality issues and executing claim/charge back process to suppliers.
 Maintains supplier management system to track supplier delivery and quality performance and ensure supplier’s
issue is demonstrated with corrective actions and verification of effectiveness.
 Liaise with global commodity manager for supplier cost reduction programs, manage the supply agreement and
ensure the awarded price is being maintained during specific of time.
3) May’07 – Mar’11: Kimball Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. – Sourcing Engineer

board and hardware assembly for the 1st tier automotive customer.
Reason for Leaving: Got an interested career with new working atmosphere that challenging my
competencies in taking previous experience to use.
