The story is about Courage, a dog who lives with Muriel and Eustache. Courage gets scared easily and runs away to Muriel for comfort. Eustache is grumpy and yells at Courage when he makes noise. The family spends their afternoons with Muriel cooking, Eustache eating and reading the newspaper, and Courage browsing Facebook where he receives a dislike, making him sad.
