WHAT IS
BUFFER?

Buffer helps you
schedule content to
multiple accounts.

Let’s explore
BUFFER!

Open your web
browser

For this I used
GOOGLE CHROME
browser

Your Home Page

Type in BUFFER.com
to your address bar

Hit ENTER on your keyboard

Welcome to buffer
homepage

Click Get Started for Free

Click Create Account

Or choose different Account

twitter

facebook

For this example I
signed in with
Facebook

Click facebook

Choose which one you like

For this example

I will use my Facebook Profile

Then if you want to add a
second account

You can

Just click twitter

Or LinkedIn account

Then follow the
instructions stated
afterwards

But for this example

Lets us skip for now

Next step, select your
timezone

If it displayed correct time
zone

Click continue to next step

You will be ask

Click find my optional times

Select how many times you
want to share your content

Change

For this example, I choose 1

Then click calculate times

Then result is 9:52 pm

This will be the best time to
share my content

Scroll down

Then click continue

Buffer can track the click on
your posts

But if you don't want to track

Click Don’t track clicks

Then click Let’s go

Enter your email address

Click continue

Yeah! Your buffer account is
ready

Click go to my dashboard

This is your dashboard

Click install the chrome
extension

A dialog box will appear

Click add extension

A new tab will open

You can see the buffer extension
here

Then click return to the
dashboard

For now you don’t have
anything yet post

Lets search some
articles

And use buffer

Let’s buffer this article

And click buffer icon

Then dialog box will appear

Type something about your
article here

Then click add to queue

Then a greeting will be displayed

This post will appear at 9:52 pm

Because that is the best time to
share my content

Let’s find another
article to buffer

With same process

Click buffer extension app
here

Write something here

Click to add to queue

Now your 2nd article will be
added

Going back to your dashboard

The 1st article was buffered
already at facebook

At 9:52 pm today

While the 2nd article will be

Buffered tomorrow at 9:52 pm

How to add time to
your posts at buffer

Click schedule

Click add posting time

A new time will appear

Change the time by clicking
this small inverted triangles

Then select the time you
desired

Since I added a new
time post

The 2nd article which
is suppose to be
tomorrow

Will be posted at
9:52 pm tomorrow

You will see your dashboard
like this

Let’s check my
facebook if buffer did
its job

This was the 1st article

And this was the 2nd article

Congratulation!

Now apply what you
have learned and
start your own.
