I manage all health and safety initiatives for up to 600 employees. This includes, Workers Comp.
claims and reporting, 5-Why Root Cause Analysis, Incident Review Presentations to upper
management within 24hrs, with global reporting to GM’s immediately following. I follow through
and case manage their care through medical release encompassing surgery and physical therapy/
light duty. I am responsible for maintaining existing, as well as new, policies and procedures that
initiate in Westfield and are then adopted on a global scale. I travel to global locations to train and

I traveled globally ensuring that IMMI’s Corporate Mission was uniform across all global locations.

I took over the school bus seat manufacturing area in a state of low efficiency. I elevated efficiency
above the 90% level and maintained it using Lean Principles while incorporating Motion Kaizan
methods to overcome repetitive motion disorder injuries.

Managed all second shift operations in Westfield of up to150 direct reports. I rotated to Saltillo, MX
every other Saturday from December 2012 until April 2013 to bring this new facility to 90%+
sustainable efficiency.

I sat on the Board of Advisors that established and opened the first free medical clinic in the City
of Westfield- Heart and Soul Clinic.
I am the current President of the Westfield Advisory Plan Commission for the second year. I
interact with the City Planning Staff, Conduct public hearings, recommend PUD’s and forward
recommendations to the City Council for approval.
