Started as a level 1 mechanic in the White Rose Frozen Foods
division, changing 36 and 24 volt batteries. After 1 year of
service I was promoted to level 2 mechanic. Responsibilities
consisting of preventative maintenance and repairing of Linde
Baker, Crown, and Raymond electrical jacks, along with general
warehouse repairs. Such as welding of dock plates. Fabrication
of dock plate fixed or moving parts. The replacement or
repairing of dock lights. An basic office maintenance repair
work. Promoted once again to a level 3 mechanic and
transferred to the White Rose Dairy division. Only responsibility
being head mechanic of a fleet of Raymond hilo`s and
Raymond walkie jacks.
