Roles & Responsibilities:
v SME for SPP process – responsible for end to end processing of rebate analysis (monthly
deliverables) using excel
v Deliver weekly SPP process using Access 2007 and this is delivered to client using WinSCP and
Putty
v Monitor the report refresh and report generation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly files of
various pharmacies using cybermation
v SME for QC of weekly Performance Analytics projects, a client decision making dashboard designed
with TRx, NRx, Call Activity and territory Activity reports.
v Responsible to manage the SPP and Performance Analytics teams and deliver the projects on time
v Creating/updating the SOP’s the projects
v Responsible for scheduling project related meeting with onshore and send the minutes of meeting to
the attendees
v Training New joiner’s on the processes
v Involved in getting transition from onshore and train the team members on the same.
v Actively participate in internal Team meeting by maintaining MOM’s and follow up on the action
