My Name is Ramy Edrees. I am a construction engineer
working as a construction project manager with a successful
16 years track record in mainly the construction of hospitality
projects. My domain is primarily the hotels and resorts. As
for me, I am a highly motivated, dedicated and responsible
Construction / Project Manager. Extremely technically astute,
adept at project management, project engineering, material
procurement, cost estimations, consultations, contract man-
agement, MOM preparations, Building information modelling
(BIM), supervision and management. Positive and proactive,

ings consisting of retail stores and restaurants. After undergoing modi-
fications and changes, the area was renovated into a hotel site, reflect-
ing Arab infused designs and architecture.

Merqab Hotel, The total keys allocated in the Hotel is 16 keys, the
roof top is occupied with an open air restaurant.
