2. Abstract
In this .net article we will discuss student management system software which is used in
maintaining student details. Our main focus in this department software to keep the student
record and maintain. In this Department management software only Head of the Department or
Department Staff can operate the system. Head of the department (HOD) has to first add
details of batch with batch name, staff details which are run in department. The next work is to
create class with suitable batch. After adding the class details and staff detail we can add
student details in our system. We provide search student by batch wise, and roll_no wise. And
also provide search by staff details and Class details. This Department management system
software help us to the find the student profile

Head of the department (HOD) has to first add details of batch with batch name, staff
details which are run in department. The next work is to create class with suitable
batch. After adding the class details and staff detail we can add student details in our
system.

department. Then given the staff username and password. Staff can added the
student details, parent’s & Teachers Meting, and student apology, etc…

29. CONCLUSION
Thus the project has been designed and implemented successfully within the stipulated
time and cost. Proper care has been taken in giving all types of both invalid and valid inputs and
tested for the expected output and robustness of the software developed.
All the modules has been properly integrated, debugged and tested based on the Top
Down design strategy.
The project after implementation is found to be properly working and satisfying the
user requirements under the problem definition. Thus the proposed system has been identified as
successful project.
