I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the work that Ralph Lindop
has done during the last two years on the Land Port of Entry Modernization Program, in particular
the Land Port of Entry at Antler, North Dakota. Over the last two years, Ralph has exhibited great
professionalism, technical knowledge and project management skills that have been essential in
completing the project. His esprit de corps and attention to detail were great assets in a project
location that was very remote and required great forward thinking just from a logistics standpoint.
It has been a pleasure to work with him as well as other members of the Ulteig Engineers. I would
strongly recommend him for a position within any organization, as I strongly feel that his abilities,
both managerial and technical, as well as his effective means of communication, would be an asset
to any organization. He is truly a good person to work with, and I would welcome the opportunity
of working with him again in the future.
Ralph maintained a great relationship with the on-site end user, including the Port Director and
Field Office Manager, as well as the contractors and subcontractors. This proves his ability to get
the job done, while still maintaining the necessary communication skills so vital in project
completion.
