o People Management
▪ Stores details of the person
▪ Identifies if a person is a buyer or seller or agent
▪ This module will also manage the meetings and
feedback
▪ Other customer queries will also be addressed.
o Property Management
▪ All information related to the property including its
history will be maintained.
o Report Management
▪ This module generates reports based on
transactions on the system.
▪ Ex: Report of Sellers who have more properties for
Rent/Sale.
▪ Ex: Report of agent who are highly rated for their
service.

6. BUYER
The common people who are interested in renting or
buying the property of their choice and would expect a
high quality service during the entire process.
Use cases:
The buyer
▪ Will login to the system, view properties , agent details
and add(remove) property details to their wish list.
▪ Will update their personal details on their profile
▪ Can search on the properties according to their
requirements,
and can filter the search on the basis of
Property type,
Property attributes (ex. Size, Location, Status etc.)

7. BUYER
▪ Will mark an order for all or
few of the properties in their
wish list
▪ Will schedule and arrange
appointment with the agent
to visit the property
▪ Will track the appointment
and rate the agent based on
the service
▪ Will proceed buy/rent
property or cancel/correct
property details.

8. SELLER
The common people or regular real estate business players who are interested
in selling or renting the property to the customers based on their property
availability and would deliver a high quality service during the entire process.

The seller
• Will login to the system, edit/update
their property details and personal
details
• Can modify their property parameters
based on recent changes
• Will select agent details based on
previous experience and will assign
agent and schedule appointment to
discuss on the property
• Will rate the agent based on the service
• Will proceed sell/rent property or
cancel/correct property details based on
customers

9. AGENTS
▪ The registered real estate agents who are authorized to assist buyers and
sellers in buying or selling or renting their property by suggesting best deals
and providing a high quality service during the entire process.

The agents
 Will login to the system, edit/update their
status details and personal information
 Can view service assignments and feedbacks
 Can accept/decline assignments based on
availability
 Will schedule appointment with
buyers/sellers to discuss on the property
 Will provide rate/commission based on the
property deal

the deal value

10. APPLICATION ADMIN
Part of the management responsible for controlling the entire system. The
admin has all the privileges on almost all the entities of the database.
Use cases
The Application Admin
• Accesses all the tables and update
them accordingly.
• Some of the functions performed are:
• add/delete properties,
• add/delete buyers, sellers and
agents,
• identify and reward agents based on
rating.
• responsible for all the future updates
enhancements on the system.
