- 1. 14th November 2019 Cher Confrère, Cher Dame de la Chaine, Dear Members of the Jakarta Bailliage, I am pleased to announce our 2019 Annual Chaine Gala Dinner will be held on Monday, November 25th 2019 at the newly renovated Amuz, which has improved on both its environment and changed its menu in this renovation. The dinner will be created by Chef Gilles Marx, together with the culinary team of the famous resort Amandari, headed by Chef Reynaldo de Luna. Together they will make sure our dinner will be a truly memorable fine dining experience. Seats are limited so please book now.
