1) Members of the Jakarta Bailliage and friends are invited to a special Chaine des Rotiseurs Concert Dinner 'Rapsodia Kulinaria' on August 22nd at the Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta. 2) The event will combine a concert featuring Ananda Sukarlan's musical work 'Rapsodia Nusantara' along with a five-course dinner menu from various areas of Indonesia matching the musical themes. 3) Executive Chef Mathias Olsson has created a special regional menu that will be elevated to a fine dining experience, with Ananda performing between each course to introduce the culture of that region.

will be held on 22nd August 2019 in The Bali Room at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta.
This will be a combination of concert and dinner based on the original and astonishing works of
Ananda Sukarlan : Rapsodia Nusantara, with five courses from various areas of Indonesia matching
Ananda’s musical themes.
This is a real musical and culinary journey through Indonesia with a special menu from Executive

Between every course Ananda will perform one of his outstanding compositions to introduce
the culture of the region.
