highly political endeavour as it is an integration between NHS and the local authority and it is a high priority for senior

staff on both sides. Specific responsibilities included reshaping the benefits realisation plan and appending the leading
and lagging KPIs to show performance of the CIC units. Understanding transport needs of the Service Users in and out
of the unit and the calculating the annual budget requirements. The use of Agile project management techniques to
control and deliver my own activity on the programme which itself was controlled using Prince2.
SDG, North West
Assisted the Escalated Complaints Department with their PPI Reclaim Processes. Mapped the current processes,
identified major issues, collect evidentiary data to support the issues, create a future state map and helped the team to
generate an action plan for them to close any gaps and to reduce spend by a minimum of 17%.

establish scope, initiated project and completed process re-engineering. Established acceptance procedures and re-
training methodology.

Implemented new regulatory asset management system to update work practices and realise culture change for
the railway. Worked closely with the MIMS Implementation Programme team to capture and analyse gaps and/or

I love being outdoors, my favourite activities are walking my little Jack Russell, Tilly, cycling, Nordic walking and hill
walking in the Lake District. When at home relaxing I like spending time with my friends and family and I enjoy reading
motivational books to encourage my personal growth.
I have been a member of the Chamber of Commerce since August 2011. I have an online LinkedIn presence and I
attend networking meetings across a number of organisations. I keep myself up to date with IT and communication
solutions.
