You have long been aware that personal development is just as important as academic or vocational learning. So, it’s great to see Ofsted giving added value to personal development, through a new separate judgement, in its proposed Education Inspection Framework.
We have a number of fundable qualifications that you can use to support your learners’ personal development, and to recognise the learning that is undoubtedly already going on in your setting. These include our Awards in British Values and Mental Wellbeing.
