4. WHAT IS SIXTH SENSE TECHNOLOGY?
The Sixth Sense Technology is
a wearable device that
enables new interactions
between our real world and
the digital world.
5. THE INVENTOR
The six sense invention was created
by Pranav Mistry a young inventor
who is doing his PhD at the MIT.
6. How it works?
The hardware of Sixth Sense technology
comprises a pocket projector, a mirror and a
camera. With the Sixth Sense Technology,
data is displayed in the air and can be
manipulated using hand gestures.
7. Features of Six Sense Technology
The map application
The map application lets the user
navigate a map displayed on a
nearby surface using hand
gestures, similar to gestures
supported by multi-touch based
systems.
8. Make A Call With Your Palm:
It allows you to make a call using your
palm, put your hand in front of the
projector and the numbers will appears
to your hand's surface.

Sixth Sense also recognizes user’s
freehand gestures (postures). The user
can stop by any surface or wall and flick
through the photos he/she has taken.

The gesture of drawing a circle on the
user’s wrist projects an analog watch
to effectively tell time.
11. • Products Information
While picking up any good at the
grocery store, the user can get to
know whether the product is eco
friendly or not.
12. • Flight Information
One look at one’s airplane boarding
pass lets the passenger know
whether his flight is on time or is it
delayed and if its delayed then by
how many hours or minutes.
13. Conclusion

Using a lot of common gestures,
you can interact with the world in
new ways. With it you can
communicate with a machine using
your hands and waving your
fingers.
