7. PROJECT HANDELED AND COMPLETED
As Project Head
• Construction of Serenity, Eternity and Odyssey building for M/S Raheja Developers. G+38 storey
residential building.
• Construction of four towers of G+33 storeys for M/S Kalpataru Group at Siddhartha Nagar,Goregaon East.
• Construction of two towers of G+56 storeys residential towers at Taloja for M/S Adhiraj
• Completion of project at Vanjarpatti naka Bhiwandi under MMRDA
As Project Manager
• ‘’Design and construction of elevated viaduct and 6 elevated stations Viz Krishna Nagar ,East
Azad nagar, Welcome, Zafrabad, Maujpur and Gokulpuri stations including architectural finishing
works of stations from chainage 46200.863 to 55122.863 M of Line-7 Mukundpur –Yamuna vihar
corridor of Phase-III Delhi MRTS’’.
• Worked as Project In Charge responsibility includes day to day monitoring of project, cost control
of project, liasioning with client, consultants and various other agencies who ever involved in
construction. Some of the major quantities are Cast in sit u bored piles-2000 nos (viaduct-1280,
stations-720) pile cap/pier/pier cap/ 275 nos, segmets-2960, Parapet-5920,Total Concrete-1,25,000
cum etc. Cost of the project is 400 cr.
8. Project:
• Design and Construction of 2.5km long 7.5/11m wide slip road and three flyover(main
flyover is 17.2m wide and 1700 long and two side wise ramps of 6.5m wide and 650 m
long) in front of Panvel bus depot over old mumbai pune highway at NH-4
• Some of measure qtys are PQC-20000 cum,Piers-75nos(main-49 nos,side ramps-
2*13=26),Precast segments 962 nos(main -616,side ramps-346nos),R/E wall-6nos of
nearly 100m each etc.
Role:
• Worked as a Project In Charge and Evaluated the complete progress of project with
respect to budgeted cost, finalisation of vendor (Total cost=Rs. 180 Crore; Started right
from scratch and completed in record time 6 months ahead of schedule. Flyover is
opened for traffic on 21st June 2012 .)
9. Larsen & Tourbo Ltd.
Project: Sahar Elevated Access Road Project, Andheri (E), Mumbai
Role:
• Worked as an erection in charge for the project
• Description:
• Bridge deck was 27.9m wide and consists of one main spine segment and two cantilever
segment
• Instrumental in fabrication of two separate launching girders for spine segment and
cantilever segment as well
• After that erection of Launching girder at site, installation and it’s functioning and
completed 14 span erections
10. Project: Dial Project Limited, Terminal-3 IGI Airport, New Delhi
Role:
• In charge for all structural work such as box culvert, pipe culvert, RCC cast in situ and
precast drains.
Overview:
• Precast open drains casting and laying scope is around 30km, RCC drain lining work
• All sort of structural work, steel fabrication work up to 1000MT, setup and operation of
three No’s Hume pipe factory casting capacity up to 50 pipes a day, set up and operation of
box culvert casting factory
• Invented new type of precast method for casting of U drain by making inverted type
mould and cycle time was as low as 24 hours
• Casted around 200 rm per day which was a record and because of that we manage to open
the newly constructed runway within the time frame. Total cost of work done under me
was Rs. 280 Crore
