Managing a team of 3 direct reportees and 3 indirect reportees

accounts, due dates etc.
o Ensuring timely dispatch of customer communications including welcome letters, periodic statement of
accounts, interest statements for HL customers through effective vendor management
o Managing escalations, customer complaints and exceptions in the process and guiding team to look for
continuous process improvements, internallyand across teams impacting service, in order to achieve higher
efficiency, TAT and Quality
o Ensure timelydispatch of welcome letter/ SOAdispatch, Interest certificates dispatch for Hsg CO

o Ensure all payout requests are processed within agreed timelines and with the qualityas per defined SLA
