haveintroducedtheconceptofExtendedWarranty(EW)forRDPThinclients.Weare
happytoannounceournewExtendWarrantyplanstosuitsyourrequirements.We
hopethisnewplanisbeneficialtobothofusandhelpustogiveyoubetterservicesat
inexpensiveandeconomicalcosts.
AtAtthetimeofsaleofanythinclientproduct,thecompany(RDP)providesastandard
warrantyreplacementandonsitesupportforitsmodelsforaperiodof3years.Youcan
nowextendthewarrantybyoneyear/twoyearor3yearsforanominalamount.

Thecustomercanavailthediscountof5%,ifheagreementwiththeEWwithinwarrantyperiod.
Thedealersanddistributorscanavaila5%discountonEWpack.
TheThecontractwillbevalidforoneyearfromthedateofsigningtheEW.Thismayberenewedfromyear
toyearsubjecttorenderingofsatisfactoryserviceandterm&conditions
ForEW’spaymentshouldbedone100%inadvance.
