The document discusses changes to exam syllabi and schedules in India due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The key points are:
- The CBSE and CISCE boards have reduced Class 10 and 12 syllabi by 30-50% and are considering delaying board exams to April-May 2021.

- While exams are being rescheduled and formats changed, the focus remains on student safety during the pandemic.

School Boards mull dropping syllabus for Class
10, 12 and delaying board exams to April-May
The two main national boards-- Council
for Indian School Certificate Examina-
tions (CISCE) and Central Board of
Secondary Education (CBSE) have
reduced Classes 9, 10, 11, and 12 sylla-
bus by 30%; however, they are consid-
ering reducing the syllabus by 50%.
This binding decision was made
assessing the current pandemic situa-
tion because of which the schools
remained shut.
Along the same lines, the CBSE shortly
released the tentative exam dates and
the latest CBSE sample papers for the

2020-21 session. This time the exams
will be different based on the 30%
reduced syllabus. Hence, these
sample papers will help the students
understand the new pattern of ques-
tion papers in the upcoming board
exams in 2021.
Nonetheless, ICSE and ISC examina-
tions are likely to trace the same
path. The board exams are to be
delayed next year because of the
reason mentioned above; however,
there is a certainty that both exams
will be held for sure. According to
education. NLCEE is an excellent package to unleash great opportunities.
It offers scholarships, cash prizes, and awards to outstanding performers.
NLCEE is an excellent benchmark being the only aptitude based admis-
sions test accepted by more than 2700 coaching institutes — including
top-most institutes. NLCEE realizes the gaps that many students can
crack the IIT JEE, NEET, banking, UPSC, CA, CS, and other competitive/
entrance exams with little guidance from the institutes; however, they fail
to explore their potential due to lack of learning and finances. NLCEE fills
in the vacuum, remedying them and helping the students to accomplish
their dreams.
NLCEE is a bridge for all the candidates who aspire to secure a seat in
India's premier colleges and institutions. This lets students avail scholar-
ships for different institutes and cashback and give a true reflection and
an in-depth analysis of the applicant's capabilities. This national level
exam will make them realize where they stand among the country's other
aspirants and how ahead they are.

enter the colder months of the year, we have also reviewed
what it would look like when inclement weather days are
declared.
We usually try to keep onboard college students, as much as
possible, during their winter vacations to drive our One
Nation, One Exam “NLCEE” at a national level. In the previ-
ous years as well, these Interns helped us a lot in conducting
the exam smoothly. This year too, however, given the impor-
tance of adhering to their health and safety guidelines, we
have made decision to onboard college interns for a selected
cities only where the cases of COVID-19 are quite low.
As the world is starting to open up gradually, I am pleased to
share that we continue to offer our value added services to
parents and students on all the courses listed by our partner
institutes so students can enroll from their home safely. We
are running a lot of campaigns online and offline to bring
awareness about Edvizo in the market.
Since our team is growing rapidly, we are constantly working
to keep our field team members safe while they’re on the
move. That’s why we’re focused on expanding our under-
standing of COVID-19 and its risks. All team members have
received enhanced COVID-19-related health and safety
training, including correct procedures for wearing masks and
personal protective equipment and physical distancing
awareness.
As we envision and hope for a brighter, freer future, Edvizo
look forward to serving you with more dedication and com-
mitment.

Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal' Nishank'
directed the National Testing Agency to design
a fresh syllabus for the engineering entrance
test JEE MAIN, medicine entrance exam NEET
2021, and other competitive exams. Based on
the situation's assessment, the new syllabus will
be finalized in compliance with the central and
state board.
Owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, the CBSE
had already reduced the class 10 and 12 syllabi
by 30%; henceforth, NTA will also make
necessary changes as per the existing scenario.
Nonetheless, the scenario is similar for other
competitive exams like GATE, UPSC exams,
banking sector exams, and other competitive
examinations.
Another breaking news for aspirants is that the
JEE Main 2021 will most probably be held in
February and not in January. The coronavirus
outbreak has caused significant uncertainties to
predict any exam schedule; in addition, an
official notification regarding the rescheduling
of JEE Main 2021 will be rolled out soon.

4. Edvizo is "glowing" with a brand new glow sign board
shining in Guwahati and many other cities.
As we are a growing organization, our constant endeavor is
to encash every branding opportunity available in the
marketplace. In line with the same philosophy of building
brand equity, we have standardized our artwork for glow sign
boards and display boards put up on the institutes' façade.
The setting up Glow sign board purports our visibility in the
market, along with associated coaching institutes.
The team took one more step towards its big dream; and
will continue to set up these boards with our patrons. We
celebrate the little moments of accomplishments that will
eventually lead to more significant victories.
Brand Promotion
Edvizo sets another benchmark in business services by offer-
ing customized partner applications for all patronizing
institutes. The institutes can benefit from these apps to
improve their business functioning and increase the level of
accessibility of their students and parents.
These mobile apps aim to seamlessly connect and ease up
the student-teacher interaction, making it a valuable tool for
the modern business. Edvzio has devised a well-thought app
at no absolute cost.
It also helps with business processes like collecting the fee,
record of students' accomplishments, and overall business
management with a friendly user interface. This app also
extends services to parents and students for easy reach out
to institute educational services.
Aligning with our aim for In-house Learning
and Development, Edvizo organized the
“Slack Learning Session” to get hands on one
of the most efficient and user friendly chan-
nel-based messaging platform. This learning
sessions brought every team member on the
same wavelength and familiarize with the tips
and tricks to use the app. Famously, everyone
felt flexible in using the app and we connect
better each day using Slack platform. The
“Slack Learning Session” definitely bridged
communication gaps in the virtual world of
pandemic.

5. Edvizo aces the game to adapt to new changes and
technological advancements. Hence, focusing on
automation technology, Edvizo introduces the
tailored platform for all hiring & onboarding related
activities. Moreover, this time-efficient tool assists
in recruiting actions in our organization. Param.ai is
an amazingly easy-to-use tool for companies to
plan, organize, and manage their hiring.
Edvizo plans to host its career page to scheduling
multiple interviews to prepare the offer letters. This
is a handy tool to gather information through
chat-bots, schedule interviews, gather feedback,
and roll out offer letters.
As a fun activity, a parlor game, dumb charades was organized
where one team acts out each syllable of a movie name, the other
team having to guess it. Fun, frolic, and laughter rolled in the fun
session. We lived it, enjoyed it, and loved it.
There is a huge chasm between our teams in Dumb C, but
obviously in a right way.
Another activity,“Sketch Lives”, allowed everyone to bring out the
artist in them and a great escape route from every day’s hectic
schedule. Look at the smiling faces of our“sketchers.”
We are popular! Edvizo organized a National Level
Common Entrance Exam (NLCEE) that received an
overwhelming response. The same was recognised
in various newspapers for positive media coverage.
After all, it was a newsworthy pitch.
A wise man once said, "If business and life do not experience
growth, it is probably dying." Edvizo is catalyzing its success
culture and is expanding its outreach to three more cities in India.
Our vision gets more evident with every expansion of value and
rounding in more and more institutes in more and more cities.
Edvizo proudly declares its firm associations with numerous
coaching institutes in Patna, Guwahati, and Hyderabad. Now, our
team is all deck up to leading patrons in Jaipur, Kanpur, and Delhi.
The success stories will unfold splendidly.

6. output produced cannot be much better than the input
information provided to the system as the two are correlated.
In a way, the same applies to us humans too.
Think of the subconscious mind as the soil in which we plant
seeds and saplings. It offers a foundation for those seeds to
take root and grow, nurturing them. However, it also provides
a wonderful place for weeds to flourish and multiply, for the
soil does not discriminate; its purpose is to create and support
plant life of all kinds—beautiful or ugly, bitter or sweet. Our
conscious mind comprises the thoughts we have about things
we see, hear, and ultimately do. It is the steering wheel that
allows us to guide ourselves on the path of life. Thus, we can
say that our consciousness constitutes the seeds we sow in
our subconscious 'garden'.
A recurring conscious thought soon establishes itself perma-
nently in the subconscious mind as a belief or a principle.
When we plant a seed in our garden, we reap what we sow. So
how can we expect to obtain roses and lilacs when we have
planted cacti in its place.
Seeds of all kinds are already present in our mind - of joy,
peace, mindfulness, understanding, and love as well as those
of jealousy, anger, fear, hatred, and frustration. These good
and bad seeds are already there, sleeping in the soil of our
mind. However, the quality of life we lead depends on the
seeds we water. When the seeds of happiness are watered,
happiness grows. When the seeds of anger are watered, anger
grows.
"The seeds that we water frequently are those that grow strong."
-Thich Nhat Hanh
Do you know?
Indian Private Tuition market estimated to be at $16
billion in year 2017 seems to be rapidly growing. It has
seen growth at staggering 30-35 percent in last few
years and according to a report from RedSeer & Omidy-
ar Network India, India’s EdTech market is expected to
reach US$3.5 billion by 2022.

The Mind Garden Now - I'm not saying that life is all rainbows and
unicorns. It certainly has its own set of bugs and thorns
too. However, the important thing is for us to under-
stand and realize that we need to have a good pesti-
cide to help us get rid of those bugs instead of letting
them thrive.
It is up to us to choose what we let grow and strength-
en. It is our responsibility to decide what we nurture.
Only we can tend to an inner-garden that is our mind.
It is our responsibility to seed and fertilise it with plants
we want to grow.
The soil grows seeds that are planted in it whether
they are desirable or not. The subconscious mind does
not discriminate between thoughts too. It offers a
place for positive and negative thoughts to grow just
the same. Nevertheless, it is up to us to take care of our
minds, and subsequently ourselves, in the best way
possible as there is a significant penalty for neglecting
the 'mind garden’-a life lived by chance and not by
choice.
