Role Description : Sales & Market development of _________ Sales in their respective
areas by working along with the Managers and the respective sales teams. To take up
sales & marketing activities to make the businesses grow and provide a base for the sales
team to achieve their goals.
Career Path : The joinees are future pipeline of ____ managers for the respective
business to take up higher responsibilities of handling teams which would be driving the
sales. Possible career paths could be Sales & Marketing, Operations of Order Fulfilment
or Logistics Management and new product/ revenue stream development.
USP of the role: Since business is in its growth stage, it gives the new joinees greater
responsibility and freedom to chart out their career by delivering results in current roles,

Training Period :- 1 Year
Salary :-3,50,000 ( Take Home :- 22800 approx./pm + PP)
Education Qualification:- B.com/BMM, Post Graduate in Marketing.
Cut Off:- 60% Passing in Academics & Aptitude
Selection Process :- Group Discussion, Aptitude & Personal Interview
Joining :-
Location :- Any were in India ( No Accommodation provided)
