JOB TITLE Management Trainee

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Snow Orchid hotel is seeking a Management Trainee - Finance to join the
organization. The major role of the trainee is to assist in the funding strategy and long –
term financial security of the organization.
The management trainee will collude with the senior manger's team to analyze
departmental finances and develops budgets that will keep the company's cost down.
6. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Daily reporting – For scores of customer check ins and check outs and their payment
mechanism.
• Meeting with department heads - To get reports for their monthly anticipated and actual
expenditure.
• Providing back office services-Visits to financial institutions for working capital loans can
also be there.
• Monitoring and reporting cash flow on a monthly basis.
• Interaction with accountant teams – To provide various documents for auditing purposes.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Keeping track of market trends in hospitality industry
• Looking for cost-reduction opportunities
• Supervising staff
7. JOB SPECIFICATION
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Bachelor degree in any field (regular)
Master’s degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field (preferably MBA/PGDM).
Minimum consolidated CGPA of 7.0 in both graduation and post-graduation.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance role (preferably in hospitality industry).
Worked as a financial analyst for minimum 3 years.
