Quratulain Leghari, a 16 year old BS IT student from SBBU-SBA, presented on face motion capture. The presentation defined motion capture as recording human movement through specialized cameras and mapping them onto character models. It described face motion capture as electronically converting facial movements into a digital database using cameras or laser scanners. Various applications of motion capture were discussed, including entertainment uses in films, animations and video games, as well as medical, scientific and engineering uses.
