Step 1: Prepare well before delegation the task
Step 2: Identify the requirements in detail
Step 3: Identify clearly finishing time
Step 4: Identify clear levels and scope that your employee can use to execute the task
Step 5: Make the milestones of reviewing time
Step 6: Summarize and discuss about accomplishes, limitations and learn the lessons
STEP 1
Prepare well before delegation the task
 Understand strength and weak points of each employee to assign the suitable tasks
to them.
 What do you expect from this task?
 What are the results?
 Any rules, format or documents
STEP 2
Identify the requirements in detail
 Define the detail requirements
 Explain all the requirement to your employee
 Ask them list up the requirements and confirm with you to assure that they
understand correctly what you want.
STEP 3
Identify clearly finishing time
 Estimate proper time to finish the work
 Give the deadline of work to your employee clearly
