2. Jeopardy
● I would use Jeopardy templates in a high school classroom in order to review content that
has already been covered.
● I could use one of the many Jeopardy templates in order to review for many Social
Studies topics.
● Jeopardy can be used to review many topics before exams.
● By placing students in teams and having them answer as a team you cut down on the risk
of having any student feeling singled out in front of the class.
● The link to the Jeopardy template is below.

3. Universal Design
● This lesson aligns with universal design by providing one step directions at a time.
● It also provides visual representation of instructions and questions
● This lesson is itself a review.
● It provides means for engagement.
● It also provides a mean for action.
● Answers are clearly represented.
4. The Lesson Plan
1. In order to use the Jeopardy activity you must first establish what topic the questions will
be about.
2. Assign students into small groups. The ideal group would be four people but should adjust
based on class size.
3. The student groups will pick a category and number they would like to answer. The
teacher will read the question then all groups will get a chance to answer based on who
raised their hand first. The team that answers correctly will get the points
4. When all the answers are answered the teacher will determine the winner and give out
some type of reward.
