PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2011-Present Day Double Negative London
Generalist
I am currently at Double Negative where I have been a VFX generalist for the past 4 and a half years. In this
time I have worked on many projects where I have had to use my full skills as a generalist. This has
involved anything from creating light rigs, character modeling, texturing to shading.
Currently working on:
Cure for Wellness
I have just recently started to work on CFW as a lighting TD. My role at the moment is to light and prep
shots for face replacement of the lead antagonist. Role: Lighting TD in Katana with Prman
Previous projects:
Gnomeo and Juliet 2: Sherlock Gnome
Dneg are currently hoping to break into the feature animation industry and have been working on a few bids
and pitches. Unfortunately because these are for clients eyes only I am unable to put them on my reel.
The last one to be completed was Sherlock Gnome where I was responsible for the creation of the lead
character and his blend shapes. This involved working from design sheets to sculpting in Zbrush on my own
and once during a live session with the clients. Role: Character Modeler using Zbrush
Planes 3
On Planes 3 I was responsible for modeling the enemy aircraft as well as components for the lead airplane
character. Role: modeler in Maya
Terra
Terra is a martial arts animation where I was asked to help model the costume and props for the main male
character. Role: character modeler in Maya
Hunger Games: Mockingjay part 2
During the production of the MJ2 I was responsible for creating a light rig for the interior shots, setting up
the scene for the exterior shots as well as lighting several other shots. I was also responsible for
conceptualizing and the sculpting of a dead character trapped in a net. Role: Generalist using Clarisse for lighting
and Zbrush for modeling

2. Antman
For the production of Antman I was responsible the design of the bath tub at a macro level as well as the
creation of some props for the bedroom sequence and their look development. Role: Generalist using Zbrush for
modeling, Mari for Texturing and Katana with Prman for look development
The Brothers Grimsby
For Grimsby I was a modeler where I created the two lead digi doubles and some hard surface props which
included a car and a drone. I was also responsible for texturing the two digi doubles. Please note I'll will be
adding these to my reel as soon as permission is granted
Role: Modeler using Zbrush and Maya and Mari for texturing
In The Heart of the Sea
On ITHOTS I was a generalist where I modeled, developed the look and textured parts of the ship as well as
being responsible for lighting several shots. Role: Lighting TD using Houdini and Mantra and modeler using Maya
Godzilla
On Godzilla I was a Lighting TD for a few shots as well as a modeler. I modeled areas of Las Vegas
which were to be destroyed by one of the creatures. Role:Modeling and Lighting TD in Maya and Prman
Thor 2 :The Dark World
As a generalist I was involved in a few different areas for Thor 2. I had been tasked with creating all the
foliage and plants for the film using Speedtree as well as acting as a lighting TD. This also involved creating
light rigs as well as shot set-up. Role: Generalist. Lighting in Maya and Prman and Speed tree
Man of Steel
During Man of Steel I was a Lighting TD using Prman in Maya. I was tasked with using light rigs and
building the shots to get to final. Role: Lighting TD in Maya with Prman
Total Recall
As a generalist I have been involved with Modeling, Texturing and Lighting. I helped develop and model
the futuristic bus as well as several props as well as lighting several shots. Role: Generalist. Lighting in Maya and

EDUCATION
• Educated to a 2’1 Bsc Honours degree in Software Systems for the Arts and Media.
• I recently spent 2 months in Florence studying Anatomy and Sculpture with acclaimed artist Jason
Arkles.
• As I have a passion for anatomy I have followed Scott Etons courses as well as studied on my own. I
am also currently building my own L`ecoche' sculpt to reinforce my anatomical knowledge.

OTHER EXPERIENCE
I was part of an Non Government Organisation called SARAID. We are a Search and Rescue Team that is
deployed around the world during the aftermath of natural disasters. Our aim is to rescue people trapped in
collapsed buildings after Earthquakes. We have been involved in the earthquakes in Haiti, Indonesia,
Pakistan as well as the Tsunami in Thailand and the floods in Mexico.
