As requirements for participation in this Learning Route, the organization and its representative(s) are
committed to:
- Dedicate at least 16 hours previous to the Route for reading documents and preparing necessary
inputs for the initial phases of the training sessions.
- Participate effectively in 10 days of training comprising the Route and all the activities involved in it.
- Present a proposal of Innovation Plan as a result of the learning acquired during the Route.
- After the route implementation, the participating organization is committed to allocate at least 12
hours to: 1) generate an institutional space (discussion board, workshop, meeting, etc.) for sharing
the knowledge acquired in the Route by the representative(s) to all the other members, and 2)
support the implementation of the Innovation Plan proposed by the representative(s) in the
Learning Route.

2. - The organization who has confirmed its participation and then will not take part in the Route will
assume all the costs or permanent loss of tickets issued and non-refundable reservations paid on
behalf of its representative selected to participate, except in case of absence due to force majeure,
as to say independently from its willingness, that must be formally justified to the organizers before
the start of the route.
- Allocate time and resources needed to allow the selected participants travelling to the starting point
of the route and back to their place of origin.
