POINT THE ORGANIC PHASE IS PUMPED THROUGH THE COLUMN WHICH EFFECTIVELY PUSHES OUT BOTH
THE PHASES THAT ARE PRESENT IN THE COLUMN AT THE TIME OF SWITCHING.
