From Technical Consultant to TV Production Manager and now Digital Services & TV Production Manager
I was accountable for optimizing Digital Network and Social Media to counterpart advertising ban (2015) operational cost
reduced by 22% using contractors and freelancers. I conducted exit strategy for Crew members as a matter of Game &
Publicity restriction (Budget implementation 2015/2016). I conceived this Business Unit for the company from start up so
as to capitalize on the Media production costs; Initial investment of Rs 65M already covered within 4years of operation. I
planned and executed all activities for Radio and Television Entertainment products, while helping to manage workflow. I
coordinated meetings with department managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute special
projects- monitor timelines and resources and manage project budget of 2M to 100M rupees.

2. I directed and produced weekly TV Draws Shows for company’s multi-brand products. Drive development and publicity
for products and events. I negotiated contracts with service providers, freelancers, contractual workers, artist, performers,
Hosts and media buyers / vendors. I prepared annual detailed annual expenses forecasts, with a focus on controlling costs
and adhering to budget Ensure alignment of business plans with Marketing and Sales strategies by concentrating on
