 Reviewing and stream lining existing 11.5.10.2 system to make ready for R12 upgrade.
Applying pre-upgrade patches, completing pending transactions and posting to GL and
closing prior periods as much as possible.
 Performing post upgrade steps like associating BSVs to Legal entities and reviewing and
validating on setups being properly upgraded to new financial architecture.
 Performing Post upgrade tasks with respect to Sub ledger accounting data like performing
Post upgrade hot patch or Upgrade Historical data (new concurrent program (Upgrade
Historical Sub ledger Transaction Accounting).
 Testing all processes on existing transactions and new transactions, and testing on all
