Project Description:

Enterprise Data Layer Release 2 (EDLR2) is an enterprise-wide data repository. It loads data from
operational systems for most of the source systems using business logic. Main purpose of Edward is to
act as a source to provide a structure to meet the different reporting and analysis needs of the company.

able to create any intermediate table, so the quality of the code in the Source Qualifier (SQ) was
very much important as per the coding standard.

disparate source systems to the Landing Zone
- Perform Data Quality – Perform Data quality check on data arrived in Landing Zone/Initial Staging

- Load Data into Clean Staging Area- Load clean data after required transformation to Common
Source Templates of Clean Staging Area from Landing Zone/Initial Staging Area excluding those
records which are flagged as erroneous during DQ check.
- Load Data into Integration Layer- Load data from Clean Staging tables to facts and dimensions as
defined in the TRTA Connect Data warehouse.
