4. What is B.L.S?
• It’s a basic life saving procedure of providing
compression to the chest so that heart and lungs
can be revived.
• Full form: BASIC LIFE SUPPORT
• It is given in a life threatening situation known
as cardiac arrest which generally arises due to
heart stops functioning suddenly. It can occur
due to various reasons.
• BLS includes series of various steps in which if
we assessed the condition right within two
minutes, we can save the life of a person.

5. What are the benefits for you?
1. You will be able to learn that with these simple steps and maneuvers
you can also save a LIFE
2. You will be getting a certificate of participation in this study with
which you can make your resume more attractive.

6. What will happen in this research?
• All the students who give consent of their participation will receive
notification of study timing and venue.
• You all be selected by systematic random sapling technique in which
participants will be selected by system it self and after that you will be
divided into 3 groups.
• A pre test will be conducted on the same day before start of the study with
the help of Google form to assess your previous knowledge if you have
any.
• A post test will be conducted once the study will be over and also after a
month with the help of Google form.

7. What are the side effects of this research?
• There is no side effects of this research on those who are participating
in this research.

8. What about confidentiality?
• Your credentials are confidential and will not be disclosed to any one
in any situation.
