 Reconcile the cash flows from the notice, limited partner’s capital statement and
from the reporting system and analyze the discrepancies.
 Monitor and track IRR changes of a limited partner’s capital balance.
 Tracking the commitment of a limited partners and fund size of a fund.
 Inputting the market value and cost information for investments in private equity
funds and co-investments from the schedule of investments to the reporting
system.
 Accounting for realized deals and verifying them with the related cash
distributions.
 Analyzing the notices for the fund regarding the capital call and cash distribution.
 Preparing direction letter & providing clear cut information about the particular
capital call and cash distribution to limited partners.
 Monitor and track cash flow activity for limited partnerships, communicate with
custodian banks regarding capital calls and distributions for clients to ensure
successful delivery and receipt.
 Generating reports and data requests from fund reporting system.
 Assisting in compilation of quarterly financial statements for our funds.
 Analyzing cash flows of past funds of a General Partner, forming part of Due
Diligence process
