Firm established in January 2014 incorporated by PARTH SURVEYOR AND
CONTRACTORS PVT. LTD. Situated in Rohtak (Haryana).

Which start Projects from April 2014. Whereas before incorporation of the firm we had
complete many Projects named by Prabhat Kumar Mishra (L.A Expert). We are doing
work with very conceptual motto for the awarded projects in respect of Client/ Consultancy.
Our firm prepare Land Plan (Proposed Alignment/ Row), Schedules in assistance with
Revenue Department, Demarcation of Land Boundaries, Award Statement Preparation etc.
All jobs maintaining high quality and work oriented to complete the project within time given
by the tenders.
The company has well experienced Staffs/ Officials to do Land Acquisition work and Liaison
with good Communication Skills. They are well qualified based for Land Acquisition. The
Company has L.A Experts to give result on site to maintain accuracy and timely completion

WHAT & HOW WE WORK FOR LAND ACQUISITION?
1. First of all we read alignment/stretch of the project, then contact to revenue officers
i.e. Kanungo, Patwari also with local publics related with Project Alignment. And
then prepare 3(a) on the basis of site verification with Consultant Team.
2. We collect revenue maps. Then confirm their existing ROW width from Revenue
record, also from PWD and others.

3. Then we superimpose proposed ROW on Revenue maps, as per required by design
which finalized by client and consultant.
4. Then we go with revenue department’s retired person, who well known about his
department’s records. And how will prepare the best Land Acquisition Plan for
Proposed Alignment and Site.
5. Then we prepare 3A and 3D.Which will be co-ordinate by CALA (Competent
Authority Land Acquisition) office.
6. As per requirement by consultant/concessionaire we also prepare award statement as
per client’s circular.
7. We are also demarcating land boundaries. From centreline or as per state wise
scale/records.
8. For bypasses we point out centreline on revenue maps stacking with Total Station
Points.
9. We also preparing Forest proposal. i.e. tree counting, and others required by Forest
Departments.
10. We have better liaison skills for our jobs.

Acquisition and requisition of property is a subject enlist in the Concurrent list vide VII
Schedule of the Constitution of India. There are a number of local and specific laws which
provide for acquisition of land under them but the main law that deals with acquisition is the
Land Acquisition Act, 1894. The Ministry of Rural Development is the nodal ministry in the
Union Government to administer the central legislation on land acquisition.
The Ministry of Urban Development is the nodal ministry which administers the Urban Land
(Ceiling & Regulation) Act, 1976 as well as the Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal
Act, 1999. In the States, there are several Urban Development Authorities for overall
development of urban estates.
