infra and RE projects in Orissa (NESCO & SOUTHCO) and Maharashtra (Pune region) and managing MSEDCL
distribution projects in and around Pune. The major responsibilities included the following.
1. Overall coordinationwith MSEDCL,NESCO,SOUTHCO HO, Zone,Circle andall field offices for Pune region.
2. Execution, progress monitoring, client billing and material coordination of works in Pune region.
3. Appointment of subcontractors, agreements and their billing.
4. General management of territory under charge.
5. After sales service, coordination with respective vendors along with Procurement & Quality Dept.
6. Overall coordination with MSEDCL HO, Zone, Circle and all field offices for Pune region.

Earlier, I was stationed at Nashik as Project Coordinator with M/s. Cobra S. A. for Nashik and executing a MSEDCL
turnkeyproject of Rs. 700 Crores. The activities included new 33/11 kV substations, augmentation of substations,
33 kV overheadlines,11kV overheadlines, Distributiontransformersandundergroundcable worksfor33 kV,11 kV
and LT lines. We have already completed eighty five (85) new 33 / 11 kV substations, 4600 DTCs, 2400 KMs of HT /
LT lines along with U/G cables and related other activities.
M/s. Cobra S. A. wasSpanishNMC havingtheirinfrastructure development business almost in all the countries in
the world and having their presence in power transmission, distribution, telecommunication, Railways and
highways. Our office at Nashik deals with execution of MSEDCL’s infrastructure development plan worth Rs. 750
Crorescoveringfive majordivisionsof NashikcityandDistrict.Ourscope of worksinclude Design,supply, erection,
testing and commissioning of all the activities as per the tender viz. new 33/11 kV substations, augmentation of
33/11 kV substations, distribution transformer centers, HT/LT overhead / underground lines and other related
activities.
I was reportingtoChief ProjectCoordinator,NashikandorDirectorProject,Asia andmajorfocus is on execution of
the projects. All Project managers and senior engineers are reporting to the Project Coordinators and or Chief

Earlier I was working as Asst. Manager (Maintenance / Projects) since Oct’04 with M/s. Vidyut Metallics Pvt. Ltd.
Thane manufacturing Supermax Shaving systems / Safety Razor blades and having global presence. My major
responsibilities for all eight plants included:
 Operation, Maintenance of facilities viz. DG sets, Air compressors, Chilling Plants, Air conditioning systems,
cooling towers, Water distribution system. Maintenance of production machines (majority SPM’s), Material
handling equipments. General Management of Maintenance Dept.
 Plan, Design and execute modifications for services and material handling equipments
 Planning, scheduling preventive maintenance of service & production machines.
 New Projects – Layout finalization, detailed engg, Equipment selection and procurement, Installation and
commissioningof Injectionmoldingmachines,CNCmachines, SPMs with utilities viz. centralized AC’s, cooling
towers, water pipelines, compressed air & power supply (DG sets).
At Godrej, I had handled one major expansion project at GCPL, Gwalior in 1996 – 97 that included FSP, FADP and
GDP for vegetable oils and One Soap manufacturing line. The job involved execution of the project as a site in-
charge. I have alsohandleda Green field project at GCPL, Baddi (Himachal Pradesh) in 2003 for two soap-finishing
lines. The job involved assisting Unit head in selection of land, liaison with Govt. of HP, Land procurement, lease
agreement, finalization of layout, building plans, detailed engg, and selection, procurement of machines,
Installation, commissioning of lines with services & commencement of production.
Major Equipments Handled (Production / Maintenance & New installations):
1. Reciprocating, Screw type Air compressors.
2. DG sets up to 1250 KVA, Cooling towers, water distribution systems
3. Water chilling units, Brine chilling units (Centralized / Modular type)
4. Centralized Air conditioning systems, Window AC’s, Slit AC’s, and Packaged AC’s.

5. Centrifugal Pumps, Gear Pumps, Vacuum pumps, Gearboxes.
6. SPM’s – Grinding/stropping, Shaving system, High speed wrapping m/cs for Razor blades.

8. Maintenance of Fat splitting, Fatty Acid Distillation Plants at Godrej.
9. Vacuum spray dryers (Atomizers) & pneumatic conveying systems for Soap noodles.
