1. Invertis University, is a leading University offering a wide range of coursespertaining

beginning in 1998, with one Institute namely Invertis Institute of Management Studies with a

that Invertis University ,Bareilly has been established by an Act(No22 of 2010) of state legislature of Uttar
Pradesh as a State Private University and is empowered to award degrees as specified bythe U.G.C under

During the visit University Grant Commission for the inspection of Physical & Academic Infrastructure of
Invertis University, Bareilly Uttar Pradesh, the inspecting committee included a nominee from AICTE
appointed by the UGC team itself.And as per the judgmentofHon’ble Supreme Courtin reference to Appeal
(civil) 2056 of 1999, there is no separate approval required from AICTE if the University has been inspected
& approved under section 2(f) UGC Act, 1956.

In view of the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP No. 24295 dated 16-05-2007 and in
Civil Appeal number 887 of 2009, dated 08-05-2009 to prohibit, prevent and eliminate the scourge
of ragging including any conduct by any student or students whether by words spoken or written
or by an act which has the effect of teasing, treating or handling with rudeness a fresher or any
other student, or indulging in rowdy or undisciplined activities by any student or students which
causes or is likely to cause annoyance, hardship or psychological harm or to raise fear or
apprehension thereof in any fresher or any other student or asking any student to do any act which
such student will not in the ordinary course do and which has the effect of causing or generating a
sense of shame, or torment or embarrassment so as to adversely affect the physique of such
fresher or any other student, with or without an intent to drive a sadistic pleasure or showing off
power , authority or superiority by a student over any fresher or any other student, in all higher
education institutions in the country, and thereby, to provide for the healthy development,
physically and psychologically, of all students, the Invertis University brings forth these
Regulations.

In order to attract the best from every state, we have a scheme of awarding scholarships to the
tune of 50% of tuition waiver to the toppers from different Higher Secondary Boards of the country.
The University has a scheme of awarding Gold Medals to all those who will top the list of successful
candidates in their final degree and post degree examinations. Thus the toppers shall be known
