3. SPSS is short for Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, and it's
used by various kinds of researchers for complex statistical data
analysis. ... It was originally launched in 1968 by SPSS inc., And was
later acquired by IBM in 2009. Officially dubbed IBM SPSS statistics,
most users still refer to it as SPSS. Hadlai (tex) hull developed and
released the first version of a statistical software package for
mainframe computers and using punch cards. They named it the
"statistical package for the social sciences" or "SPSS" for short. How
“Work From Home" will bring changes in upcoming era in India?
is my topic for SPSS presentation.

5. "Work from Home“ (Remote work) also called telecommuting,
distance working, telework, teleworking, working from home, mobile
work, remote job, work from anywhere, and flexible workplace, is a
work arrangement in which employees do not commute to a central
place of work, such as an office building, warehouse, or store. WFH
means an employee is working from their house, apartment, or place of
residence, rather than working from the office. Many companies have a
WFH policy, or remote work policy, that allows their employees to
work from home either full-time or when it's most convenient for them.
How "Work from Home" will bring changes in
upcoming era in India

6. "Work from Home" It allows your employees to take care of
themselves and still get the work done. Before the days of skype and
zoom calls, a NASA engineer by the name of Jack Nilles laid the
foundation for modern remote working when he coined the term
"telecommuting" in 1973. In his book, the telecommunications-
transportation tradeoff were there. In 1979 five IBM employees were
allowed to Work From Home as an experiment. But in 2020, WFH
launched in every country and got acceptance in the every corner of the
world due to COVID-19 pandemic.

on the other hand it had negative
impact as well on few because

Out of 122, 84 people(68.9%) are satisfied and only 9
people(7.3%) are not satisfied, but 29 people(23.8%) are
confused which is a huge number as they have mentioned
neither satisfied nor dissatisfied.

39. On the basis of survey (For 122 Sample Size), we can
say that “WORK FROM HOME” will bring a lot of
changes in upcoming era at national as well as
international level. No doubt “WORK FROM HOME”
is going to touch new heights in professional/job
opportunity but as we know everything has its own
pros and cons, so WFH will also have some
consequences they can be fixed like health issues can be
handled by Yoga, exercise, etc.
