Radio Kabataan

1. Radio Kabataan is the
newest radio program that
is made of the youth, by the
youth, for the young ones
and the young once. This
program aims to showcase
the different youth
organizations from
universities and colleges,
and people who have
advocacies for the
betterment of the hope of
the nation.

2. Objectives:
• To serve as an avenue
for the youth towards
the augmentation of
their skills in
broadcasting and
amplify their experience
on field.
• To have an avenue for
the youth’s involvement,
and empowerment of
their selves, for their
region and the nation.
• To bring back the youth’s
appreciation on listening
to AM.

3. Proposed Taglines:
1. “Ito na ang tambayan
mo!”
2. “Bagong tambayan ng
makabagong
kabataan.”
3. “Ang ‘yong bagong
tambayan!”

4. Proposed Segments:
K, Report!
• News and current affairs report
from different schools, colleges
and universities around metro
manila.
Say ng Kabataan
• 2-3 guests (students in
particular) that will be given a
chance to express their
thoughts or point of views on a
certain issue.
• It shall not only be limited to
students but also to the out of
school youth.

5. Mulat Kabataan
• This segment aims to be
youth’s wakeup call in all
things that is happening in the
society.
• This may be in a form of either:
a. Documentary or;
b. Radio Drama

• Showcase of talent of youth
that may inspire the listeners
to improve their skills and
talents. (Ex. Chorale showcase,
indie film director etc.)
• One (1) guest / group per week

6. Hashtag Kabataan
