1. Laziness
IF NECESSITY IS THE MOTHER OF INVENTION, THEN LAZINESS IS SOMETIMES
ITS FATHER.

3. Defin.. Lazine…
Laziness does not mean sitting on your butt watching TV and eating bon bons. The
process of simplifying takes a lot of effort. But when you develop a new innovation
once, you get to leverage it over and over again. So in the long run, you are ahead.
Professor John Atanasoff, along with graduate student Clifford Berry, built the world’s
first electronic-digital computer back in the late 1930’s.
Why did he do this?
He said, “I was too lazy to calculate and so I invented the computer.”
4. Laziness Drives Innovation
Laziness drives innovations that improve productivity. It comes from saying,
“There must be a better way.”
Being lazy doesn’t necessarily mean not having to do anything, it just means you find an
easier way to do it so you don’t have to work as hard. Here are some of the ways that
being a lazy person can help you to find great success.
6. Nokia Lumia 920
Nokia Engineers mounted their entire camera
assembly on Spring instead of just only the lenses
and it made Lumia 920 one of the best camera
smartphone.
Nokia Engineers embedded three antennas in their
wireless charging dock, instead of a NFC.
8. Why Laziness ?
In fact, the very definition of efficiency, “Achieving maximum productivity with
minimum wasted effort or expense.” implies that laziness is a requirement!
You avoid busy work
You know how to delegate to cover more ground
You are clever, so you can be lazy
You focus on only the bare necessities
You know how to procrastinate
You are lazy because you are efficient
You know how to make money when they are sleeping
