• When travelling in Cameroon I noticed large
volumes of waste not yet considered as
valuable. This includes sawdust of sawing
mills and waste of plantations when trees
are at the end of their productive life.
• In Europe production plants for wood pellets
have and in future will have more difficulty

8. Market Analysis & Opportunity
• The Italian pellet market for domestic stoves is
growing for over the last 10 years . Last year
8% up for a total of 2.2 milion ton.
• European market is growing with 14 % including
all types of uses , powerplants and small
industrial burners, for a total of 19 milion ton.
• European wood pellet plants are not growing
accordingly in their production capacity.

9. Unique Selling Proposition
-The sawdust for large part from
azobe timberwood produces a
pellet with high calorific values
and low ash residues.
-In Cameroon there are the
natural conditions to dry the
material before pelletizing

Mitigation strategies
• Cameroon has for over 40 years a stabil political situation.
The littoral Region has a maggior christian popolation
• Local shareholders that also are part of the executive team
are informed and have the know how and relations to
control this maggiorly small scale risk.
. All raw material will be certificated for its legal
provenance .
We will obtain ENPLUS certification as soon as
possible.
Phytopatalogic restrictions are not an issue because
of the desinfection ,effect of pressing the pellets that
causes material temperature of over 70/80 degrees.
. As foreign investors we will have for the first ten years
of our activity large tax advanteges that balance the
risk of minor growing export fees.
. Precise stock program for our pellet plant location
and the locations of our partners in Italy will allow us
to control the situation. Low costprice keeps future
finance needs for stock generation low.
