 Ensure participation in project kick off meetings (project framing and design

knowledge in Construction. Refer to design development, procurement,
concept, feasibilities, plot plans / allocation for relevant SHE signage’s.
- My experience in the Road Safety cluster assist with the road markings in the
new building – basement parking and outside parking lot.
- Mock-ups for the new building in Rosebank 33 Baker Street were a challenge
due to 3rd party / mall customer’s exposure. There were no injuries reported

- Recognition for my comprehensive monthly report to EXCO.
- Excellent interaction with adjacent factory (Naledi and Natref) with
evacuation plans in case of emergency.
- Cost savings due to an excellent PPE exchange / issuing system.
- The real root causes were identified in case of incidents and it was related to
the risk assessment profile to ensure mitigation of injuries / incidents.
