TwoGo by SAP for B2C – Differences
Employees of licensed companies gain the additional option to increase their matching
probability by allowing matches with private users, thus enabling them to ride with friends,
relatives, and acquaintances.
The following functions will continue to be available exclusively to licensed companies: Authenticate users as company employees
1. Create predefined locations, to help employees send their ride requests more quickly
2. Restrict matching of companies and employees to co-workers
3. Provide the opportunity for employees to expand their network in the company during their travel time
4. Create predefined trip requests as links to support company events
5. Draw a lottery from rides requested in TwoGo
6. Run competitions to encourage user engagement
7. Display messages when employees open TwoGo
8. Display a ride intent timetable and interactive heatmap of upcoming rides in TwoGo
9. Run & distribute reports listing license plates of matched TwoGo rides that are entitled to preferred parking spots on a particular day
10. Display company logo or customized wording in the GUI or app
11. Analyze CO² savings and distance driven by company employees, including forwarding of this data to the sustainability report
12. Incorporate CO² emission savings from TwoGo as part of company sustainability reporting and CSR strategy
