Job Duties: process claims in a professional and timely way. Diffuse situations that might arise
and help the customer in receiving the replacement device. Chair shared with people to help
improve NPS, KOAT, and AHT.
Asurion: Data Center Services: October 2014- recent.
2. Job Duties: Maintain the Data Center within the company, while installing new equipment (with
extreme attention to detail), and decommissioning equipment. Amber alert check, rack
elevations, maintain and create spreadsheets of work done, and help manage projects as they
come in which includes: travel (nationally and internationally), help build new sites, and help
maintain new site refreshes.
